Monthly Retained Services allow you to pay a monthly fee to receive a pre-set amount of time a month that can be used for maintenance, support services, troubleshooting, configuration, custom development, etc. and also qualifies you for a reduction of the normal hourly rate for any additional work needed beyond that amount of time available with the plan, and for a discount on retail purchases from us. The level the hourly rate is reduced to, and the size of the purchase discount depends on the plan level the client has chosen.
The price matrix for the plan levels is as follows:

All time is accounted for in 15 min increments. You are allowed to rollover up to half your monthly amount of time for use within the first 15 days of the next month if you are paid up for that next month before the month begins, and you may borrow up to half your monthly allotment of time from the next month if you have paid for that month already. Time not used during the month issued, or during the rollover period if qualified, expires and may not be refunded, or exchanged.
Once you commit to a plan level you may switch at any time to a higher cost plan by paying for the difference in plan price for the first month you wish the new rate to take effect for. You can reduce your plan level for future months by notifying us of the change in plan level, by the 15th of the month prior to the month the change will take place. You may terminate your agreement to pay the monthly payments by notifying us 15 days before the last month you wish to remain a plan member. Thus if was April 5th and you wanted to terminate plan membership you could notify us of termination by April 15th and your usage of the plan would terminate as of the last day of May.
