If you have lost your Miva Merchant admin password, we can create a new administrative user password for you. We will need FTP access to your site. - Miva Merchant Product Import - $250
You give us your product data in any of dozens of acceptable data formats and we will import that information to your Miva Merchant store. Up to 500 products will be imported. Products over 500 will be charged $10 per 100 products or portion thereof. - Quick Start - Helper - $1,000

We'll advise on the standard features in Miva Merchant and how to use them. We won't do the work for you, but we will be there to advise and make recommendations. - Quick Start - Doer - $3,000
We'll setup up your Miva Merchant store for you. For a flat fee we'll get your store launched on the Internet. We'll advise on the standard features in Miva Merchant and set them up the way you want. Includes, installation, setup, product and category import, and configuration of all the standard features of the software. - Trouble Shooting Incident - $150

We will investigate your issue, tell you what the problem is and recommend a solution. If the solution requires the purchase of a 4TheBest product or service we will apply the incident fee to the cost of the product or service. And if we can't tell you what the problem is, you pay nothing.
