Give us a call - The best way to contact us is usually going to be just to call us on the phone toll free at 888-513-2677. Our normal business hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific time Mon-Fri. For after hours service you can call and leave a message, and sometimes we do return calls outside of normal business hours.

Sending email - If you want/need to reach us via email here are the addresses you should use. Sending a fax - If you want/need to fax us something you can do so to 888-641-2106.

Sending physical mail - our mailing address is PO Box 343, Pala, CA 92059. If you need an address to send something via UPS or FedEX contact us so we can determine which location is best to send it to.

Emergencies - If you have an urgent issue and need to get a hold of someone fast you should try the following steps. Call the main number. If nobody answers leave a brief message and follow-up with an email explaining the issue in detail. After doing that you can also use our urgent request form which sends emails, and pages us.
